Sorry sir, I haven’t deserved to rate you. We are from different background. But you are an HR, you spent more years for studies to develop your skill and knowledge. At the same time, you may be experienced person, so we can’t rate you.
It is beyond my capacity to give any sort of rating to you because you are senior to me. You have spent more years in studies, developing your skills and in gaining knowledge than me. I will have to learn a lot of things from you.
Thank you so much sir for giving me this opportunity to judge you. Sir you are the HR of this company and I am just a student who came here to get job in your company but still if you wanna know, I will give you 9/10 because I think that no one is perfect in this world.
I think I’m not the right person to give the rate of you because I’m a fresher I don’t have any experience you have more knowledge and also experience if you want my rank I give 9 because every brilliant makes mistake and coin as both sides.
Within a short period of time we can’t judge anyone however it’s been just 10 to 15 min I’m seeing you and your asking me some question and I’m answering to it your doing best of your job and I need not to rate you for that, everyone and everything have or has its own range.
You have more experience and knowledgeable person better than me.

This is my first interview and I don’t have any standard to compare plus it’s a very short period of time to come to conclusions.

After attending 2 or more interviews then I can compare with another interviewer and then I will rate.
Sir, actually. It is not possible to judge someone in a short period of time. I found you very much friendly and a man with a positive approach and also had a very good experience talking to you sir but I’m not the right person to judge you, sir. Because the HR is the stem of the company. He is the only person recruiting with knowledgeable persons within a short period of time. This is the ability of the HR. I won’t have such talent, sir.
Sir/Mam, I do not have the audacity to rate a highly qualifies person like you. However, if you must insist, I would give you a 10 because I am really grateful that you gave me the opportunity to sit for this interview. This has been a really pleasant experience for me because you listened to whatever I said with patience and it is a huge thing for me. Thank you so much.
